Copyright issues

Copyright protection is automatic under international law, but in the event that your work is infringed evidence may be required to support your claim. It also helps to deter infringement (particularly from those who do not understand copyright) if you make it clear that your work is protected under copyright law. So ensuring the best protection for your work relies on several factors.

When making my music video I had to be careful about the sound used as it sometimes said it had been removed due to copyright issues, this is out in place by the artist of the song to stop people from selling the song on to others as their own and also to stop people from illegally downloading the music where they earn no profit. When making my music video and my ancillary texts I will make sure I correctly state that no claim of the music is carried out and that full rights belong to the record label astral works who own my artist.
I will place the correct logos on to my ancillary texts so that people are aware that they are copyrighted and that they cant use it as their own.

The logo is below:

The copyright symbol, or copyright sign© (a circled capital letter "C"), is the symbol used in copyright notices for works other than sound recordings (which are indicated with the ℗ symbol). The use of the symbol is described in United States copyright law, and, internationally, by the Universal Copyright Convention. The symbol is widely recognized, but under the Berne Convention is no longer required to obtain a new copyright in most nations.
